We were inspired by #StudyWithMe videos online, which provide a virtual study/work buddy as motivation for highly focused INTENSE studying/work sessions, interrupted only by short 5 to 15minute breaks (Pomodoro method).
For us, taking our beloved doggo, Tantissimo, on NATURE WALKS has been effective as MENTAL HEALTH BREAKS. We thought we could distill our walks into short videos for anyone who doesn't have easy access to nature walks or doesn’t live with a doggo. We hope these videos can serve as a companion tool to #StudyWithMe.
