I use a Pomodoro timer in my study videos. Studying with Pomodoro 50/10 & Pomodoro 25/5 has helped me a lot to keep me focused and motivated and boost my spirits. The Pomodoro Technique involves working for 25 minutes and taking a short break. It is a time management strategy that enhances focus and productivity. I shared videos with ambient sounds with rain sound and fire crackling sound.
