Hey there, we're Sebastian & Dr. Holly Waite. We are natural health professionals with a deep love for natural living, gardening, and embracing the DIY lifestyle. We also own an online nursery where we grow veggies, herbs and flowers! By day, Dr. Holly, as we lovingly call her, works as a Chiropractor specializing in caring for pregnant women, babies, and the whole family. But by night, you'll catch her kneedeep in soil, nurturing and planting gardens and harvesting every single things that could be harvested!

Sebastian, on the other hand, is the functional medicine health coach by day, and by night, he joins Dr. Holly in cultivating the healthiest garden possible. You'll often find him with tools in hand, either building something he created out of nothing or just coming up with many creative home & garden ideas.
