I'm dedicated to providing in depth analysis of trading strategies. You see all these videos on YouTube saying that this or that strategy will make you a ton of money, but the evidence to support the claim is often lacking. So what I do is take the strategy, code it's indicators and rules into a computer program, and backtest it against 3000 stocks price data going back months or years (depending on the time frame being tested). This will typically simulate hundreds of thousands of trades, so that together we can have a little more useful information.
