We are Lauren and Chris a couple from the UK with the dream of breaking away from the London Rat Race to live a life at Sea. We took the plunge and bought a beautiful (at least we think so...) 1989 Gib'Sea 372 sailboat, with our only sailing experience being a 10 day intensive course.. 3 months before! This channel hopes to document our journey, day to day experiences, lessons and adventures as we prepare to one day set sail around the globe. We still have a little way to go and welcome support from any who might help guide us. We hope you will come on this jouney with us, as we go from complete novices to experienced ocean tamers!
