Hey, I'm Rach! And I help ADHD folks as a job (yeah, I'm buzzin' about it!)
A learner at heart, I originally built my career in teaching, learning and development and coaching but when I reached aged 30 with my self esteem in the pits, I went searching for answers. AND OH BOY DID ANSWERS ARRIVE. A diagnosis of inattentive type ADHD was the final piece of an agonizing puzzle and yet the start of a new, magical (and often terrifyingly confusing!) one.

I do a few different things:
1. Post videos over here on Youtube to help folks with ADHD make sense of themselves and find new ways to feel fabulous and equipped to tackle life with ADHD.
2. Coach people to better self understanding, and to creating a life more aligned with who they are!
3. Other stuff that is in the works but I'm trying that thing where I don't take on too much at once, but watch out cause POOF suddenly it will appear seemingly out of nowhere.
