Paula Tursi, MS, ERYT Paula has been teaching internationally for over twenty years and began her training at Integral Yoga, where she studied Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Her studies continued with esteemed teachers Rodney Yee and Angela Farmer, as well as Leslie Kaminoff and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen who guided her learnings in the art of yoga, breathwork, anatomy, and movement awareness practices.
Paula studied Psychology at Columbia University and holds a Master's Degree in Education from Hunter College.
Paula offers yoga, meditation and counseling as a way to facilitate structure, guidance and a more conscious lifestyle. Her classes are a candid blend of artful alignment with cues targeted to help you gain a deeper understanding of your body an how it moves. The focus is on alignment, healing and inner peace.
