I've been a TV news reporter for the better part of the last decade but I've always had an affinity for cars: naming them as they zip by on the highway, guessing what they are just by the bumper or hubcap, spouting off a guess at the MSRP when challenged by a friend. To me, they are moving pieces of art, representing hours of painstaking craftsmanship and are the extensions of the very people who drive them. At Overdrive, we're obsessed with the details: the stitching on leather seats, the ambient lighting under a door panel, the feel of an armrest, the position of a center console touchscreen.
