My journey racing MTB and gravel. I've recorded nearly every race since 2017 . Did my first 100 Mile MTB race in 2018 and moved up to Sport (Cat 2). In 2019 I took 1st place in the Championship Point Series (CPS) in the Sport category. In 2021 moved up to Expert (Cat 1) and finished in 2nd place for the CPS. In 2023 raced gravel races due to our local XC series being discontinued. I raced in The Michigan Gravel Race Series (MGRS), "Long" series finishing in 2nd place for my age group 4559 and 10th overall in all age groups.
For 2024 I will continue racing in the MGRS and will accumulate points at events throughout the season to compete for a series podium both in my age group and overall. Additionally, I'm looking to finally go sub 8 hours for the MTB Lumberjack 100. This will be my 5th year at Lumberjack with each year getting a bit faster (9:19, 8:26, 8:13, 8:10).
