My life's work is to develop sustainable communities with a goal of reaching community independence (Living off the Land) in which our communities produces their own power, water, and food. This channel is dedicated to creating a community and to the promotion of the research and development these communities need, which will be required to push the boundaries of building practices. To move the needle on government regulations and common sense practices approval, and create a more sustainable world powered by individuals who value: self reliance, living off the land, and sustainable lifestyle practices. The creation and growth of these communities will in turn create the opportunity for generations of Americans to achieve their American Dream of land ownership, independence, and freedom in a healthy and sustainable fashion.
