For the last 27 years, IMPACT FOUNDATION has been organizing IMPACT (A 3 day Soft Skills Training Programme for Students and Unemployed Youth). Training is provided by eminent trainers in very diverse subject areas like Communication Skills, Effective Decision Making, Interview Techniques, Human Relations, Leadership, Goal Setting, Time Mgmt, Team Building, Effective Public Speaking, Stress Management etc. In all these years, this program has benefited over 50,000 young citizens, who are studying or pursuing career opportunities.
