Professionally, I hold a doctorate in occupational therapy where I have over 25 years of experience in helping clients live a more healthy and fulfilling life, as well as holding a variety of leadership positions. And, personally, I've always had a passion and drive to, not only help others, but also in researching and learning so that I can improve myself and become the best person I can be.
Through the years, I've learned quite a few things and would love to share them with you...and likewise, I'd love to learn from you in your comments and feedback!
