I'm a minimalist in progress and recovering overcollector, ‍♀ & my channel focuses on simple living and finding momentum in life. I'm glad you've found this little community, where everyone is welcome :)

A bit more about me: I'm Elin. I share mostly tips, my own mistakes, and strategies to help you live with less, but my channel is about so much more than that it's about selfempowerment and creating a better life. My background is in psychology I have a Ph.D. so I use what I've learned to try to help others build confidence and a more balanced life.

I also share my own personal journey: health struggles (I am an MS fighter!), fun travel adventures (recent trips include Iceland, Paris, and Denmark!), and personal challenges. I live with my husband, Andy, and my little dog, Ginger.
