Hey Everybody,
My name is Dennis, and I’ve spent over 10 years and 1,000’s of hours researching nutrition and applying it to my from scratch cooking.
When I was 7 years old, I started cooking bread from scratch with my twin brother. We continued to cook all throughout our childhood and teen years for our large family (there were 9 of us kids). We were very competitive with ourselves and always found new cooking challenges. We learned how to cook for specialty diets since many of our family members had food allergies. And since then, I’ve continued my culinary pursuits as both a professional bartender and cook.
And now I’m using all that accumulated knowledge to help you improve your cooking skills and live a healthier life. I hope you enjoy the videos and learn a few things.
