I'm Bo. I'm from Vancouver Island. My videos provide a form of ecotherapeutic mindfulness for me and for you to calm the nervous system from stress.

Curiosity keeps me exploring, creating, moving and traveling. Exploring nature calms my anxiety and helps to stabilizes my equilibrium. I have been living with an impaired equilibrium for 20 years.

Please note I am an enthusiast and NOT a fungi expert! (If I have named a mushroom wrong, please correct me). I have however taken a course in medicinal mushrooms through Pacific Rim College, to help me understand some mushrooms and their holistic benefits.
