Hello my name is Simone Catoni.
I started my life in the kitchen when I was 15 in my first professional kitchen. Initially it was traumatic to have to give up parties, football matches with friends and birthdays, especially when I was young. But soon this job took me body and soul and it became my favorite hobby as well as a job that took me to the kitchens of half of Europe. I have had a lot of professional recognition and personal satisfaction.
Why did I open a YouTube channel? Because I couldn't stand those channels and programs that cook for only a small part of people in the house anymore. The cuisine is for everyone and the cuisine that has brought Italy to the world is simple and traditional. So that's what my channel is based on. Arrive in the homes of those who have few financial resources but still want to eat well even using, for example, frozen food.
