The name of this channel exactly resonates with the thoughts with which it was created. The vision is to create hearty recipes with mostly simple ingredients that are generally available in most households. It is because we believe in the fact that the most simplest of recipes are often the best tasting ones. You do not always require extravagant things to create good dishes. (Obviously, there are some exceptions. :) )
This channel is based in Kolkata, so you may expect a lot of quintessential dishes from Bengal. However, food is an universal language that knows no barrier, that connects people across the world irrespective of caste, creed, racial and social distinctions.
