l'm a mother of two beautiful kids , My pregnacy and childbirth journey has changed my body alot and during this journey l chose to be motivated by My body size, and figure out solutions on how I could workout eat healthy to achieve that body size and health that l desired .l'm by no means a professional in food, nutrition or fitness but on my channel l will be showing , My personal journey and experiences , the things that worked for me ...and for alot of people l know in my life . l know this channel will definitly help you to work for that healthy and youthful body.
