I grew up watching and learning from my Chinese Filipino (Chinoy) folks, as they prepared, and cooked healing foods. I’ve also learned how other cultures, prepared healing foods, through my travel adventures. This channel will help you understand, how foods heal our body, from a holistic approach, as we age gracefully.
