I wanted to build a 6 x 12 self contained camper that could be used for a cargo trailer, and pulled by a smaller vehicle, while not cutting into the roof, floor, wall skins or cross members; weakening the strength, weather resistance, and safety of the trailer. Most conversions are extremely over built. This is not. This is not a travel trailer. I had 4 of those and a smaller cargo conversion, and that is the reason I built this 6 x 12 v nose camper. It is lighter, stronger, doesn't leak, no yellowing plastic, no dealer hassles, no OSB to fail, easy to tow, easy to turn, stealthy, less expensive, less prone to theft, less depreciation, less insurance, less taxes, more MPG, and safer.
